The primary focus is complex & waterfront residential properties, undeveloped acreage or land, and single family residential assignments within the Mobile Bay Metro Area.  The primary appraisal assignment coverage areas are Baldwin & Mobile Counties of Alabama, and the town of McIntosh, Washington County of Alabama, at this time, due to the positive local economic outlook for “the Mobile Bay Metro Area.”
